Sole Ownership

You will become a registered owner with Weatherby's, possibly choose and name your horse and pick your own colours. If necessary we can help and guide you with the purchase of a horse to suit your requirements and budget.  All costs and prize money are yours alone.

Partnership
This allows you to share ownership. Two to four individuals are registered owners and agree on what percentage of the horse they own. This then splits costs and prize money dependant on share owned. Like sole ownership we can help with finding a horse to suit budget and requirements.

Syndicates
We manage a couple of syndicates (or you can start your own). This allows for ownership to be shared amongst a group of people, this reduces the costs of being an owner and makes it more affordable to become involved.
It is not necessary to be a registered owner, you can be with a group of friends or we can make new introductions to like minded people. Costs and prize money are divided equally amongst the syndicate members.

Racing Club

We can currently offer places in The National Hunt Racing Club.
It is a small monthly fee to be involved. Please contact them for further details.

Company
Own your horse under the name of your company or business. This can either be outright or as a syndicate or partnership. It can help to promote your business as well as involving clients on race days/yard visits.

Lease

This would save the initial cost of buying a horse. You would then lease for a fixed period paying a monthly cost to include all training and racing expenses. (this can be shared with others like a syndicate or partnership). You would then receive share of prize money earned and at the end of lease period the horse would be handed back to original ownership.
